EP Global Communications Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Thomas M. Brinker, Jr. to the Board of Directors. Mr. Brinker was voted in on Monday, June 30 by the Board of Directors at their scheduled Board meeting. Citing a need to augment the company’s audit committee to further enhance its scope and compliance with the requirements of Sarbanes Oxley, Mr. Valenzano, President and CEO, recommended the addition of Mr. Brinker to the Board. The Board unanimously approved Mr. Brinker who now brings the number of Board members to seven.
